Stress

They say that breakups, job changes and moving are three of the most stressful things someone can go through. I’m just glad I don’t have a girlfriend right now.

Today I was given 30 days notice at the place I live. It was sort of foreseen as my roommate gave notice not too long ago. The landlord apparently didn’t want to have to deal with all the “moving in and out” stuff and made the decision to give me my notice. There really was no good reason for the landlord to boot me. My personal opinion is that it came down to a decision of morals. After moving in about 6 months ago and never being late on rent or ever having problems with the landlord, I’m guessing that I’m still not trustworthy enough to stay in this place.
The bummer is that I love this location and it’s an excellent place for Lillian. I’m also upset that I’m losing my small but fun area to work on my inventions.
I’m certainly disappointed in the decision my landlord made. I’m sure it’s difficult to make such morally questionable decisions.

So anyhow friends…

I’m looking for a new place to live.
Ideally rent and bills will be around $500 a month, I’ll have my 3 year old on the weekends and hopefully more that that even so whomever I live with should be tolerable of children. Ideally I would like a place to work on projects and inventions, perhaps I could use your already established invention shop (laser cutter). I would like a place to set up my computer (could be in my room). It would be great to have space for some random stuff I’ve collected. A place to draw and paint would be excellent. If there is a garage or some place to safely store my bike and trailer that would be fantastic. I would love to live with someone who is cool, ideally having some similar interests as me. Did I mention close-in SE? This is not crucial but would be ideal.

Thanks
